Exhibit graphics is one of the costly aspects of exhibit. Therefore, it is necessary to cut cost on graphics. The following are some ways on how to cut cost on exhibit graphics.
- Use as little as possible.
- Use standard vinyl colors and standards typefaces.
- Use a large general image for multiple-division companies and then target specific markets with inexpensive strip graphics and auxiliary photos.
- If you have a copy that changes frequently, use removable vinyl for it can be easily changed.
- Work directly with company that actually produces the graphics.
- Add copy to photographs in black and white instead of color.
- Provide your vendor with clean art or a compatible disk.
- Order everything as early as possible.
- Don’t change your mind.
