Rental Trade Show Exhibit - Beating The Budget

By Patty Stripes

How can you make a rental trade show exhibit even more appealing than a new one? by getting creative and spicing things up! Lets discuss a basic mix of elements that will surely get your mind spinning with ideas on how to make your rental trade show exhibit look downright splendid. First of all, forget about the booth. Thats right; remember that there are a lot of other useful elements in the trade show arena you could use to your advantage. For example, think about the space in front of your rental trade show exhibit. You can accommodate your booth or display in such a way that it gets the maximum range of view from that valuable space.

Now, back to the rental trade show exhibit. Since you are opting for a used booth, chances are youre under a tight budget. But thats no problem for the human imagination to overcome. In fact, maybe having a low trade show display budget can become an advantage in a certain way. It can help you think more, as it can also help you concentrate your attention on making a compelling setup, rather than distracting valuable resources in useless fluff. That said, keeping things simple is unsurprisingly the most sensible way to manage your efforts.

Think about few colors and few materials. A pleasant mix of 3-5 colors is more than enough to give birth to an appealing rental trade show exhibit. Same goes with the types of materials you use. Just dont throw in any piece of junk that looks pretty, its so much more powerful to remain consistent with a simple but memorable theme. With this sensible setup you can expect to increment the probability that more of the shows attendees remember your product or service thanks to your rental trade show exhibit.
